Congratulations Outstanding Scouters!

Troop 16 has a lot to be proud of…not only for the outstanding scouts that call Troop 16 home, but for all our outstanding scouters.  Recently there was a Pioneer Trails District dinner honoring the 2009 Outstanding Scouters.  Please join me in congratulating our very own Outstanding Scouters:  Mark Ahrens, Gary Carroll, Joe Kjar, Ben Jimerson and Al Pacheco.  These gentlemen exemplify what true adult leadership is all about.  Congratulations!
