Help support Kyle Pearson’s Ronald McDonald House Eagle Project

Posted by Jeff Gibbs on April 11, 2018

Scouts and Adults come on out and show off your knot tying skills and help support Ronald McDonald House!!!

I will be hosting a workday, to make fleece blankets, as part of my Eagle Project on 4/14 (8:30am to 4:30pm) at PUMC.  A couple of local sewing groups have been kind enough to volunteer their time and skills to help us make 50 fleece blankets that day.    No sewing experience is needed.  There will be opportunities to learn how to sew for those that want too, but mostly we will be tying knots, which is a basic scout skill.

Lunch (pizza) will be provided and we will have a ton of fun!  Please signup at the following link (Blanket Making sign up)

Also, if you are interested in coming to Ronald McDonald House to help cook and server dinner, let me know.  Cooking Day will be April 27th starting at 4pm.

Thanks,

Kyle Pearson

Who will get a pie in their face at the end of this week’s meeting?

Posted by Jeff Gibbs on March 12, 2018

Just a reminder that this week conclude the fundraising event “Pie the Leadership”.

So, bring your change and help support a great cause, Ronald McDonald House. I’m sure you have
always wanted to see a couple of our leaders wandering around with whipped cream dripping down
their face!

By popular demand, I have decided to offer my smiling face up as a target too if ALL 6 jars meet the minimum $45 by 8pm on 3/13.

See you Tuesday night!
