2011 Family Picnic

You are cordially invited to the

Annual Troop 16 Family Picnic for 2011.

                                                                                              

Who?  

All Troop 16 Scouts and their Families

 

When?  

August 9, 2011 6:00pm - 9:00 pm

 

Where?  

Castlewood Canyon State Park, covered pavilion

(Entance about 5 mile south of Franktown on Highway 83)

 

What to Bring? 

Sunscreen and a side dish or dessert to share as identified below

Last names starting with A-M: Dessert

Last names starting with N-Z: Side Dish

 

What to wear?

Casual attire is encouraged. No scout uniforms.

Other:

          The troop will provide burgers, hot dogs, buns, and drinks.

          The troop is paying for your admission; watch your mailbox for a pass

 

Needed: Grill Chefs and Setup Crew

Please contact Mrs. Denton at dentonpl@aol.com if you are willing serve as a grill chef or on the setup crew (arrive at 5:30).
