July 2010 Campout - Mt. Bierstadt 14′er Climb

This campout will be another in the series of Troop 16 14,000 foot peak climbs. The peak of choice this year is Mt. Bierstadt which is located between the towns of Grant and Georgetown at the top of Guanella Pass.
Who may attend:
All scouts and scouters registered with Troop 16. A Class 1 medical form must be on file with the troop to attend.
When:
July 16-18, 2010
We will meet at the Church at 4:00 p.m. on the 16th and return at about 12:00 p.m. on the 18th.
Where:
We will be camping in dispersed National Forest Service land areas near the top of Guanella Pass. Mt. Bierstadt is located betweeen the towns of Grant and Georgetown at the top of Guanella Pass.
Who is in charge:
Mr. Mead is the Camp Host
Cost:
Standard $18 camp fee per person.
Sign-up deadline:
Tuesday July 6.
