November Adventure Race and Feast

This month’s campout is the annual Troop 16 adventure race and family feast. Come and experience this one of a kind event, will you be able to defeat the bunny? Families are invited to attend the feast at the conclusion of the adventure race.

Sign Up Deadline?
Tuesday November 9th at midnight, no exceptions.
When?
For campers: Friday November 19th-Sunday-21st 2010. We will leave from PUMC at 4:00 PM on Friday the 19th and will return around 12:00 PM on Sunday the 21st.
The feast will be at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday Nov 20th.
Where?
Peaceful Valley Scout Ranch, south of Elbert, CO.
Who is in charge?
Mr. Kjar is the Camp Host. He can be contacted at 303-549-7955 or jokjar@comcast.net with any questions.
Mr. Coleman is the gracious administrator of the Adventure Race, and Mr. Brainard is the Chef in charge of the feast.
Cost?
Standard $18 camp fee per Troop 16 scout or adult camping for the weekend.
What to bring?
This will be a campout with the troop trailer and full patrol kitchens. Bring gear and clothing appropriate for any weather conditions, including your 10 essentials.
Special Requirements:
A current Class I Med Form is required for all who are in attendande for camping.
All adults attending must be able to show current YPT Training.
