Mock Disaster Volunteer Sign-up

Adults and Siblings age 10 and up, please sign up below to be a “victim” at Troop 16’s Mock Disaster on either April 20th or May 4th, OR BOTH.

When you sign up, please input your name as “Mark Abell - April 20″ if you can only work April 20th, or “Mark Abell - May 4″ if you can only work May 4th, or “Mark Abell - Both” if you can work both nights.

Dates: NOW OFFERED ON TUESDAY NIGHTS: April 20, 2010 AND May 4, 2010

Time: Check-in, Make-up, and Instruction: 4:30 pm/   Event: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Wear: Old clothes that can get ruined by the make-up
