Description:
Troop 16 will be running this year’s summer camp at Tahosa High Adventure Base near Ward, CO. We will have a variety of merit badges, including cooking, photography and many others. But we need you to sign up now, so we can get a count of who will be there.
PARENTS: WE NEED YOU, TOO! WE NEED YOU TO SIGN UP TO HELP US AT CAMP! SIGN UP FOR ONE DAY, THE WHOLE WEEK, OR ANYTHING IN BETWEEN. ALSO LET US KNOW WHAT MERIT BADGES OR OTHER ACTIVITIES YOU WOULD BE WILLING TO RUN.
When?
Sunday, June 28 - Saturday, July 4, 2009
We will meet at the church at noon on Sunday, and return around noon on Saturday.

Cost?
Scouts: $215.00 each.
Adults: The troop is subsidizing up to $1,000 of the total cost of all adults. As a result, the final amount will not be known until after the signup deadline and will depend on the number of adults attending, but we are estimating $20.00 per day per adult or $115.00 for the full week.
Deposit of $100.00 per person due by April 15. Balance Due May 15, 2009.
Sign-up Deadline?
April 12, 2009 at Midnight.
Special Requirements:
All scouts and adult scouters planning to attend must have a Class III Med Form on file with the Troop, and signed by their physician.
What to Bring?
Basic camping gear.
