Melita Island Summer Camp

Camp date: July 25 – August 2, 2020

Summer camp 2020 will be a return to Melita Island! This one of Troop 16’s perennial favorite summer camps.  Melita Island is a 64-acre island in Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Montana. It is part of the Flathead Indian Reservation.

Melita Island is a superb place for Scouts to hone their leadership skills, revel in the island’s natural environment, and participate in all kinds of water-related activities. Melita Island offers a number of unique traits that make it an appealing place for Scouts from all over Montana, the nation, and indeed, the world, to come and camp.

Total Cost will be $800 per Scout, and $550 per adult. This fee is the camp fee plus transportation and food costs. Per Troop policy, payments are not refundable, unless someone else takes that spot.
