Have you ever wanted to build a catapult, a bridge or even a tower? Not sure how to build one? Here is your chance. There will be opportunities to learn and strengthen your Pioneering skills and then put those skills to the test. All within the amazing Camp Tahosa 173 Co Rd 96, Ward, CO 80481. This should be a great time for all and a great chance to work on the Pioneering Merit Badge, rank advancement and of course to have some fun!
Registration is open until Tuesday Oct 5 on TroopTrack. Scouts will meet at the PUMC outdoor stage at 4pm on Oct 8 to load the trailer. Pickup will be mid-morning on Sunday at the McCabe Meadows trailhead across the street.
Meeting location is at the parking lot at the dog park at 17855 Pine Ln, Parker, CO 80134. 7pm Scouts will hike on and off the Cherry Creek Trail at Baldwin Gulch.
Congratulations to Ben Carlson! On August 17th, Ben became Troop 16’s 167th Eagle Scout. Ben’s Eagle Scout Project was the painting of two inspirational Hopscotch boards at Iron Horse Elementary School in Parker.
Congratulations to Hayden Goedeker! On August 5th, Hayden became Troop 16’s 166th Eagle Scout. Hayden’s Eagle Scout Project was the making of hand sanitizers for Pine Lane Elementary School.
Congratulations to Jack Kamm! On July 22nd, Jack became Troop 16’s 165th Eagle Scout. Jack’s Eagle Scout Project was the building of a fence at Stonegate Community Park.
DAC Departure Day Screening This form must be filled out for each person attending camp on the departure day. Bring the paper form to camp.
COVID-19 Health Screening: Prior to camp, all participants will be required to monitor symptoms and take a body temperature daily. This will be tracked through CampDoc. Congratulations to Isaiah Small! On June 16th, Isaiah became Troop 16’s 164th Eagle Scout. Isaiah’s Eagle Scout Project was the building of planters and benches at Eagle Academy.
We will need some volunteers to help with check-in and everyone’s help with cleanup at the end. The pool entrance is now at the gate on the north side of the parking lot.
Congratulations to Azam Jaffer! On June 2nd, Azam became Troop 16’s 163rd Eagle Scout. Azam’s Eagle Scout Project was painting multi-lingual inspirational hopscotch and four square at Global Village Academy in Parker.
