Scouts Position Descriptions

Troop 16 has a wide variety of leadership opportunities for boys wanting and needing leadership for rank advancement. Boys are welcomed and encouraged to apply for any position for which they meet the leadership requirements, and they may apply for more than one position each term.

The Scout Skills Trainer Certificate is a good way to perform a self-evaluation of your qualifications.

The following link describes the general requirements for obtaining credit for leadership toward rank advancement, as well as how to apply or run for a position: Leadership Guidelines
