2012 Adventure Race

This month’s campout is the annual Troop 16 adventure race and family feast. Come and experience this one of a kind event, will you be able to defeat the bunny? Families are invited to attend the feast at the conclusion of the adventure race.
Sign Up Deadline?
Tuesday November 6th at midnight, no exceptions.
When?
For campers: Friday November 16th-Sunday-18th 2012. We will leave from PUMC at 4:00 PM on Friday the 16th and will return around 12:00 PM on Sunday the 18th.
The feast will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday Nov 17th.
Where?
Peaceful Valley Scout Ranch, south of Elbert, CO.
Who is in charge?
Mr. See is the Camp Host.
Mr. Slaten is the gracious administrator of the Adventure Race, and Mr. Brainard is the Chef in charge of the feast.
Cost?
Standard $18 camp fee per Troop 16 scout or adult camping for the weekend.
What to bring?
This will be a campout with the troop trailer and full patrol kitchens. Bring gear and clothing appropriate for any weather conditions, including your 10 essentials.
Special Requirements:
A current Med Form with parts A & B completed is required for all who are in attendande for camping.
Colorado weather in November can be unpredictable. Be prepared for cold temperatures with rain and/or snow.
All adults attending must be registered and able to show current YPT Training.
