Join the Troop Tuesday June 11, 2019 at our Annual Family Summer Potluck Picnic which will be held at the Stonegate Swimming Complex 10326 Stonegate Parkway Parker, CO 80134 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It’s time to celebrate a great year and a job well done at Parker Days.
The picnic is open to scouts, parents and siblings (please leave cousins, pets and neighbors at home).
BSA SWIM TEST sign up is here for Scouts and Adult Scouters. All scouts and adults should plan to complete the annual swim check/test (even non-swimmers) at this event to qualify them to participate in Troop water activities throughout the year. If you have questions about swim test related to summer camp, please contact Mr. Smith.
STONEGATE PICNIC SIGNUP is HERE.
The troop will provide hamburgers and hot dogs, drinks and paper products and such so we will need a head count. We also need Scout families to provide some food to round out the menu.
POTLUCK FOOD TO BRING:
- ALL Scout families need to bring a family favorite dish to share with the rest.
- Bagel Birds, Spartans, Matrix: Please bring chips.
- King Bacon, Rangers, Howling Wolves: Please bring a side dish.
- Flaming Ice Cubes and Wackasaurs: Please bring a dessert.
Please make sure that the dessert or side that you bring is enough to feed the number of people in your group plus at least 4 more. If you do not bring a side dish or dessert, please be polite and wait until all other scouts/families have been served.
There will be enough hamburgers/hot dogs for all.
Please register by June 7th, 2019 and sign up every member of your family. You can do this when RSVPing in Troop Track and clicking on the plus sign to add guests on the RSVP page. If you have questions or issues, please reach out to Mrs. Lipman at slipman@me.com.
